Roadblock: End of the Line - 12/18/16

    Big Cass vs Rusev
Kevin Owens(C) vs Roman Reigns - WWE Universal Championship
    Seth Rollins vs Chris Jericho
Sasha Banks(C) vs Charlotte - 30 minute Iron Man match for the Womens Championship
Rich Swann(C) vs TJ Perkins vs The Brian Kendrick - WWE Cruiserweight Championship
    Sami Zayn vs Braun Strowman
New Day(C) vs Cesaro/Sheamus - WWE World Tag Team Championship

Seeing how Big Cass vs Rusev is scheduled for the pre-show, I wouldn't be surprised if we then see Enzo vs Rusev added to the PPV itself.

All my names are on here that I wanna see but Smackdown just does a much better job of building up **** and making me care.

I hope Braun Strowman eats Sami Zayn.

I'm not all that excited about tonight's show. I'd love to see Reigns beat Owens but I doubt that happens, maybe if Rollins interferes to try and force HHH's hand. Rollins has lost a match at every ppv since he has been on since he came back, I'm thinking he snaps that streak tonight. The only thing I'm interested in besides those two matches is seeing Strowman destroy Zayn. No interest in the cruiserweights, the tag title match, yet another Sasha/Charlotte match, or anything involving Cass in a singles match

Cass v Rusev....nice of them throw a Raw time killer match on a PPV

                My guess at the winners:
                Cass
                Owens
                Rollins
                Sasha
                Swann
                Zayn
New Day(controversially, which leads to rematch on Raw,where they lose the titles)

                Technically it'll be a pre-show match.

No matter what they, I'm guessing we'll see either Enzo-Rusev on Raw, or Cass-Rusev rematch on Raw(where Enzo and Lana are both banned from ringside).

If Zayn beats Strowman, then the writing and idea behind Strowman is a waste.

If New Day loses the titles in the next week, we can pretty much say the WWE does this crap out of spite. Same with the AJ Lee situation.

Out of curiosity, how long would they have to hold them to disprove this? Another week? Two? A month?

Not looking forward to this show, but I'll watch anyway because what the hell else is on tonight? Meh. The only matches that kind of interest me are the tag titles and Strowman/Zayn. Most of the others are played out. I feel bad for not even caring about Rollins/Jericho but their segments have just been so bad that it kills any interest.

I feel bad for Rollins, when he returned the crowd was begging for him to turn, then when they finally turn him they execute it in the worst way possible. I know he's had title shots, but it feels like he's just been hanging out waiting for HHH to pop up again

Well, considering Nikki lost to Charlotte at the next available show after breaking the record, I would say that either tonight or tomorrow night if they lose I think we know the answer.

Yeah, the Balor injury probably screwed up the timing on some stuff. Not that Rollins wouldn't have turned, but it probably wouldn't have been so random and boring.

Okay, but I asked how much longer they have to hold the titles for this to not be a thing? Like, what amount of time would disprove it to you? Next week is all good?

They've been the focus of the division for two years and bring in a ****load of money with all the merchandise. They were breaking this record no matter who set the old one. Or even looking creatively, if they were to win tonight, what happens then? There's literally nothing else for them to do as champs.

Like...the divas thing you could at least make a case for. This one? Nah.

No doubt they were supposed to hold the belts for a while, but I doubt it was originally supposed to be this long. After Demolition filed their lawsuit, I bet WWE thought they were close enough so might as well do it. I mean seriously, once Gallows and Anderson debuted and were on a roll, who thought they would be the one's to unseat New Day? But nope........they are pretty much a joke now. I say next week would be good.
