Survivor Series has passed and I dunno why the WWE keeps keeping JBL as champion when its obvious that the fans don't like him even as a heel. He doesn't even come close as a carbon copy to the Million Dollar Man; it's a great insult to Ted DiBiase: Dibiase had the technical and brawling skills to back him up and JBL has.......The Clothesline from Hell. damn! damn! damn!

Er... sorry for my rant, just got to get it off my chest.

If they would move Angle over to Raw, I'd probably stop watching Smackdown too. I can't stand Bradshaw. If the only way they can get him over is to have him cheat EVERY time, there's a problem.

Good point. They could have easily put Booker T over in that match. Not sure why they didn't. He'd be a much better champ than Bradshaw, that's for sure. I'm pretty sure there's no racial motivation, but McMahon is a stubborn individual, so who knows what's going on in his head. At least Shelton is the Intercontinental Champ. From what I heard, the decision to have him beat Jericho was last minute. Jericho didn't know he was losing until right when the match started.

I was just so disgusted that they extended JBL's reign which I thought will end at the hands of a former champ like Booker (who deserves it, he's languishing in midcard status long enough where JBL should be) I wouldn't mind JBL as champion IF he can back it up with in-ring skills (like Brock, Kurt and Eddie) and mike skills and antics (like Cena-who's getting stale lately due to those censoring FCC numbskulls, Kurt, and Eddie). As it is, JBL is pro wrestling's Dubya, the bumbling bonehead you can't seem to get rid of

I seem to be the only one here who likes JBL. He's GREAT on the mic, which surprises me. I was at the PPV in the Meadowlands (No Mercy, was it?) and JBL got more heat than I've ever seen after the show ended.

His 5 minute rant about quitting SD if he lost was one of the best promos I've seen in a long time.

I'll give you guys that he's kind of reminiscent (sp?) of DiBiase, but I don't mind that. DiBiase is one of my all-time faves and it's cool seeing someone like him.

I still can't believe its Bradshaw, the same guy I hated in the APA. I think JBL is probably the best champion WWF has had since the split (besides Angle). He's got a great character and his matches are entertaining.

Booker is probably deserving of the title, but I just don't see him as a main eventer, personally. He's a below average wrestler with an average persona and average mic skills and personally just bores the hell out of me.

If they want an African-American face with the title, bring over Shelton Benjamin and groom him in. He's VERY over and is pretty solid all-around. It's pretty sad that there's really only 2 black guys with main event status or possibilities. I can't think of anyone besides Benjamin and Booker. What ethnicity is Carlito?
