But I'm still excited because I'm a fan of the in-ring talent.

How much longer until we can truly rag on AEW for their horrid business decisions without getting backlash from fans?

Now reports are saying they'll have to pay Turner to get air time on TNT.

The rumors going around are Turner balked at paying huge money to AEW once they found out that The Elite and Jericho didn't really have much to do with running All In as once was reported.

I'd say it's all fair game, as long as we treat rumors regarding AEW the same as we treat rumors regarding WWE.

I've no clue what the TV deal will be. I mostly just want to watch the PPVs.

Hmm, I wonder what they mean by "running." Cody and The Bucks played the Vince McMahon role at All In. They were on the headsets and ran the show

Jericho had zero to do with All In. He showed up as a surprise, and I've never once heard it claimed that he played a role in running the show.

If they mean renting the building, or the infrastructure involved with broadcasting the show, then yeah, that was more of an ROH collab.

This what the rumor is by running the event. The majority of the behind the curtain stuff (broadcasting and such) not the actual in ring product.

Makes total sense, AEW hasn't proven a damn thing yet, why would a huge network pay them money when it could very well flop? If you're a well-established network, you don't have to come crawling to the unknown.

That'd be like an Instagram "fitness model" who has 200K followers going to join a national chain gym like LA Fitness and telling the gym owners that THEY should pay HER to workout in their facility.

Agreed it makes sense but that doesn't make it any less funny. Especially where Sinclair ran the production behind the company's "test" show. We were told for the last 4 months they'll get a paid TV deal and it would be the best a NonWWE company has ever signed. And now they're paying. Also I'm now scared to think what's going to happen in March when TNT/TBS/TruTV are all broadcasting NBA and CBB games. Where's AEW's show going to end up, Time Warner Movie channel?

It's all speculation but I got off the AEW hype train awhile ago. It sounded like a cool concept at first and it still may be, but I'm reserving judgement until they actually get **** done.

It amazes me how delusional some of the AEW fans have been though. I even saw a post on reddit saying they'd sell-out the Jags stadium in 2-3 years to run their own version of WrestleMania...lmao.
