I don't know about a "Beach Break" in January, but then again I don't live in Florida.

Beach Break works if you are doing the show in Florida or even California. The fact they are doing "Beach Break" in Cleveland, OH... in January makes it even stranger.

I'm happy Mox is back, I don't know what the fan said that prompted the F bomb but good on Mox for calling them out on whatever they said. Still my number one complaint with AEW is they feel every match needs to be some 20-30 minute false finish match. If the whole point of the mix tag was to get to a Lights Out match next week, you don't need a 30 minute match tonight to get to that point. You could have cut that match down to 12-15 minutes and still got to the Lights Out match.

I still don't understand the whole interim TNT Champion thing, I get Cody couldn't make Battle of The Belts due to COVID but couldn't they just had Sammy vs Dustin without a interim title? It would have been like if WWE had Brock face someone for a "interim Universal Champion" after Roman tested positive.

I laughed when Cole kissed Britt and Excalibur says "sorry you had to see that Tony" lol. Poor Tony Schiavone.

Looks like two completely different people. He looks so much healthier and doesn’t have the alcohol bloat going on.

Ok Cody I see you. You want to break the fourth wall while also reminding us of how AEW was created. Ok. And for telling us why you wont turn heel. I was shocked at that comment. Haven't seen someone say that word since Cena mentioned about a "heel turn." Great promo though as he got the crowd behind when it was all over with. Loved his line about Brody King and that they dont rename wrestlers like McGillicutty. The TNT will still be a secondary Title to us fans though. Jon Moxley had a fire promo too. Was nice to see him back and he looked to be in good shape. Great mixed tag team match between OC and Statlander/Cole and Baker. Loved the spots they did and the finish. Lol at Punk squashing Shawn Spears. Holy hell is Skye Blue cute. And dat booty. Lord have mercy. Main event match was fun too. Sting sure did a lot of stuff out there. Wonder what's next for this partnership.

That is a difference for sure. Never realized how bloated he got before he left. Glad he was able to get time off and get better.

Man, Excalibur is without a doubt the best play-by-play commentator in wrestling. He's so smooth and effortless in covering up mistakes and calling out the moves. Chuckled during the mixed tag when Adam Cole clearly called a spot "Statlander! Double team move!" and Excalibur without skipping a beat said "Orange Cassidy out there directing his team" or something like that.

Glad to see Mox back, and his promo was fire for anyone that has had similar issues or knows someone who does. Was expecting Danielson to interrupt but was glad it went to break instead.

Agree that a lot of the feuds and stories are muddled right now, but Pac/House of Black is intriguing. Archer, as others have said, is very meh and I can't put my finger on why. He's huge but not powerful, maybe? Plus he emotes terribly (and needs that mouthpiece as his mic work is equally bad).

Give me MJF beating Punk in Chicago, though. Nuclear heat incoming!

This honestly feels like when games do side by side comparison of player models.

The top is like Mox on a PS4 game from 2020, the bottom is Mox on a PS5 game from 2022.

But its crazy how this is literally 3 months apart. I said it didnt feel like he was gone for so long, but then he looks like he was gone for a year.

Khan trying to pop a bigger number by having another "themed" show probably with some "surprises" or "debuts" as well.

I love the Stinger and I'm happy he's working again, but I can't jive with the booking of this main event.

First, why did they do the taking Darby out part - with a "throat/neck" attack - using something that takes people out for weeks, month or indefinitely.

Couldn't that part have happened a two or three weeks ago? Do the Acclaimed video mocking both guys and then Sting challenges them both. With Darby coming out to the surprise of everyone and they "shockingly" or "surprisingly" beat the Acclaimed (so Bowens/Caster can stay strong and maintain moment).

Nope, they lose to a senior citizen and guy half their size in a pretty crushing manner.

Second, how can I ever take the Acclaimed seriously as a tag team when they can't beat a (looking up Sting's age.....) 62 year old man by himself? Khan sacrificed his "#1 ranked tag team" to give Sting and Darby a big win.

Again, if this was any other booker they'd be crucified but somehow Khan is given a pass.

Anyway, I had to say something, I realize that I'm in the "minority" with these issues & the AEW audience generally loves this uneven (IMO) booking.

I just don’t want you to tell me you "don't insult my intelligence" while you are literally insulting my intelligence.
