First... I really am happy for Adam Copeland the person because he had this taken away from him for 9 years. The thing he loved, gone just like that. 10 years ago, he was retired for what we thought was for good due to his neck.

He returned to WWE in 2020, and now fast forward to 2023 and he's in AEW with the opportunity to wrestle guys that 10 years ago would have been a dream. I mean tonight was the first time he stood in the ring with Sting! That's why I think wrestlers should jump over to the other side every once in a while, fresh matchups and new opponents await.

Second, I was kinda hoping that he would use Rob Zombie again. Oh and Adam didn't know his father as his he was raised by his mother... Christian is going to expose that every week lol.

It's basically the same situation as Cody with Kingdom, the song goes with him wherever he goes.

This is crazy!

If this is the only way to get one last Edge/Christian story, I'll take it. Shame WWE didn't want to do it.

I wonder what this means for his future. Is he in AEW until his careers over? Was that actually it for his WWE career? Is he just with AEW a short time!?

He had his send off in August (it was a special moment for sure, especially being there in the crowd for it), and he said that would he his final time in Toronto because he doesn't think he can make it a whole year again (physically). So wonder if he just meant his WWE career or he's done wrestling completely before next summer?

And surely Tony is prepping another big Toronto show? Edge vs Christian main event in Toronto would be insane. I wanna buy tickets for that today!

Amateur hour in the AEW production truck. No audio throughout that Roddy/Cole video package. You could barely hear the house audio in the background.

Wardlow returns…wins via KO after five powerbombs and leaves. Are they actually going to do something with him or is he just surviving till his contract is up and he’s go to WWE?

Toni Storm channeling Norma Desmond and Marilyn Monroe is pretty entertaining and great. Minus the fact that 99% of people under the age of 55 have no clue who Norma Desmond is lol.

I know Adam Copeland was referencing what happened to him and Judgment Day and how he got kicked out, but I hope that doesn't happen to Christian. That was such a great promo, everyone excited to see those two back in the ring together only for Christian only needing three words and boom the fans were back to hating him.

I'm just curious how fans would have reacted to this if WWE gave her this gimmick... "What a waste of talent, stupid gimmick, give us NXT UK Toni, etc."

This is why we all love wrestling though, the gimmicks and how the talents make the most of it and turn it into something great. Toni is doing a fabulous job with this gimmick.

This is why we all love wrestling though, the gimmicks and how the talents make the most of it and turn it into something great. Toni is doing a fabulous job with this gimmick.

I think it helped that we saw what a more NXT like version of Toni Storm would be like in AEW and it didn't really work out so we see a reinvention of Toni Storm now.

If she debuted in AEW this way, she'd probably get a different reaction.

NXT announced first 30 mins is commercial free

AEW is getting a 10 minute overrun for Dynamite AND first 30 mins is commercial free AND there's a "buy in" BEFORE Dynamite.

At this rate, Tony Khan will challenge Shawn Michaels to come out of retirement one day and face him.
