They are going to sell so many masks, such a missed opportunity by AEW not to sell Lucha Brothers masks. I like the white t-shirt, even though I don't like wearing white t-shirts but again, the stuff on the back of the shirt. That Penta logo on the back would be fine under the mask on the front of the shirt.

I suspect he will lean into the sports entertainment stuff, with the pre-match time wasting taunts turned up to 11.

He already taunts dozens of times in a match as it is. It's 3 hour ad free, he'll be spending entire ad breaks just taunting.

Mysterio definitely changed the game in so many ways for luchadores. The mask especially, his mask obviously is the best selling wrestling mask ever, and I'm sure some guys realize that and try monetizing theirs too. Penta and Fenix have nice mask designs too so Pentas right now and Fenix eventually should do well.

I think the mask is $75 Canadian which I'd say is like $60 or something US which even just for a good (halloween) mask that's a decent price, but for an actual replica WWE mask, that's really good.


He's coming in as a good guy, but I want to see if something happens like he joins LWO (I know....) but the sole purpose is joining to kick out Rey (don't call them LWO anymore, but Penta joins to have Cruz/Wilde on his side and they form their own group, maybe that group feuds with Alpha Academy or the Wyatt's?

Hopefully one day they're able to seamlessly transition from commentary ads to the regular show so that international viewers don't just have lines cutting in and out due to ads.

Raw opened up this week with no commentary for us. Then eventually they had Cole talking mid sentence because everything before was likely ads.

Just seems weird that they don't coordinate anything. They should at least tell the commentators that "paragraph A won't be heard internationally, so take a pause once that's done and then make paragraph B really sound like the start of the new conversation."



On that note...Punk kicks off Raw backstage mocking Hogans reaction by doing his own Hogan taunt but he gets a huge cheer instead.

The rumble so far featuring Cena, Reigns, Punk, Rollins, McIntyre and more! This could be one of the most exciting rumbles in ages.

This is the first rumble with Reigns in 5 years! First with Cena since 2018.

I think for Penta, it's like Ethan Page and Lexis King. A change of scenery can help. Sometimes it pays off, sometimes you're in a similar or worse spot.

Damn, I guess we imagined Jey's IC win.

Cole said if he wins Saturday, it'll be his first singles title of his career.

Also, couple of rough spots in the Penta match that need to be workshopped and practiced, mainly that springboard leg drop off the bottom rope. And a couple times I thought he straight up landed on his head.
