    They definitely are, especially HBK.

It's absolutely real reactions. Need more proof? Look at Lexis King, he's so happy for everyone.

Lyra definitely a pick Becky will love having on Raw. No way she was told beforehand she was being drafted.

My fave one they've ever done wasn't even draft related but still similar moment.

HHH announcing Tyler Breeze is going to the main roster. Anyone who saw him as Mike Dalton in FCW knows how far he came.

At the time I think he was one of the longer tenured developmental talents which is what made it more special. Some guys like Ambrose and Rollins obviously flew through it all, going from developmental to main roster in 2 or 3 years if even that? Breeze put in the work. Wonder what the reaction for Dawkins was like years later because he was another guy who spent so much time reinventing himself before finally finding his character.

        Apollo goes to SD
        Diamond Mine stays on Raw
Vinci goes to SD (Barrett will be happy)
        Chance/Carter stay on Raw
        Natalya stays on Raw
        Bate/Dunne go to Raw
        Odyssey somehow stays on Raw
        Tegan goes to SD

Dexter, Nikki, Omos/MVP, Tamina are names not part of the draft pool who we don't know what happened to them.

Hopefully Dexter/Nikki don't get released, but would anyone be surprised given they've been given nothing?

Omos I could definitely see going to NXT.

Tamina, maybe she goes to NXT to help the young talent, or is she gonna be given the "you're in your 40s, you can become a producer" role like Roode, Spears. She has been cited as a mentor of sorts by people like AJ and Sasha over the years, she's definitely someone that newer talent have looked up to when they break in to the main roster.

Seems after this years draft there's been some debate from fans and past talent about the draft format. Many superstars stayed on their same brand, but I don't know what people expect.

If you got 50 people on a show, you can't swap 30 or 40 or else you're basically just swapping rosters.

But anything less people are like "why'd you do a draft when only 15 people are different on the show"

I'd do a draft like the old school one. Maybe 5 people per show swap, but we also see a few trades to make up the remaining draft swaps they would've done.

Then also have an NXT draft. Maybe 2 or 3 picks per brand, but any other NXT talent they want to move up just become "Undrafted free agents" who sign deals with a brand.
