Strong disagree here. It worked tonight because of the dynamic and buildup that went into it. Take that away and what we are left with is a mess. Normal tag matches have enough problems with flow and pacing (does anyone ever put a tag match in their list of best matches of all time?) and throwing in the rules of mixed genders multiplies that challenge.

I think you're putting more thought into the Mixed Match Challenge than WWE did. The idea just needs interesting characters to pair together. It was a C/D-level streaming show on...Facebook? Hulu? It wasn't supposed to be "good" or anything.

That being said, the Speed thing on Twitter fits the same niche MMC did so I don't see any reason they need to bring it back. If a spot opened up somewhere then sure.

Not a very intriguing show ultimately. Eh. Cody/Owens was best because of the knee and future implications.

Too many shows. Too many overseas shows. This one seemed super manufactured. Crowd wasn't nearly as annoying though compared to the other ones.

Looking ahead to Bad Blood, it's not called HIAC meaning matches don't have to be tied to the gimmick but we all know it'll happen at this event.

What HIAC matches could we see?

My guesses are Rhea vs Liv (so ex-con Dom is locked OUTSIDE a cell for a change) and obviously McIntyre vs Punk.

Cody vs Solo I don't think needs a HIAC stipulation but I could see it happening. At most maybe a steel cage to keep the Bloodline out but that wouldn't be happening at the same event as HIAC.

Gunther I'm not sure who'd even face him next. Do you just have someone like Mysterio, Zayn go up against him? Priest I think would still be involved in the Dom feud. Punk did say he wants to face the winner of the WHC match, but I could see roles reversed this time around. Maybe a #1 contenders match on Raw involving Punk and then this time around McIntyre is the one costing Punk a shot.

Showing it in arena is fine (it would be like when they play those meter graphics at sports games so people can keep getting louder and louder), but it doesn't matter as much on tv.

If they haven't been known to lie and be general untrustworthy on things I'd like it. As it is I have zero confidence that its credible though
