    Regarding WM21 and XBox-Live...

Members of the IGN boards are now reporting that an update is now available for download for Wrestlemania 21 on Live. No comments on what it does besides connect you to Live(glitch fixes are unknown at this time)
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

No problem jets. Could you please tell me if you see anything different in the game in offline play post-patch?

There is a patch available. It fixes xbl, I played a few games online and then played one single player game offline. It played smoothly with no post match/replay glitch or slowdown. As to what all it fixed I can't say for sure but it appears to be much smoother. The only negative is that once you download the patch your career and created superstars will be deleted. That sucks but at least they patched the game very quickly.

Yup, I creating my new guy now.

Played 2 matches, lost them both. They played pretty much the same as offline. No entrances, and no option to watch them, which I don't like just because it would be cool to see people's created guy come in. Seems kind of basic, and while the actual gameplay is good, moving through the menus, searching for matches, joining games, etc. all moves pretty slow.

Downloaded the patch about an hour ago. Online is pretty damn smooth, and alot of the small glitches from offline are fixed now. Good job by THQ/SG to get a patch out to fix the XBL, and some of the smaller stuff.

Online is pretty fun. Had a good match with TJ. Went back in forth, each had control of the match at points, just like a real match.

Question though, has anyone else never really used finishers, both online and offline? You need your heat meter filled up to do them, correct? Usually my matches have ended way before the heat meter gets filled up.
