DAMN did I mark out for the Crippler tonight!! I swear, I did NOT see that one coming AT ALL!! I thought for SURE that Benoit was going to have to do the job to Trips again, but NOPE, NOT TONIGHT!!

Unbelievable! Utterly amazing....they really did surprise me tonight, that's for sure. It's been a long long while since that's happened. Nice job Raw, excellent show!

Benoit and Benjamin was more than ppv quality. That was an awesome match. Best match I can remember seeing on raw in recent history.

BTW, how about big Vis!! He likes spicy food. That was hilarious.

I thought for sure Christian was going to win. They must be setting something up for him. What do you guys think?

I read somewhere that it was advertized that it would be HHH vs Batista 3 in a hell in a cell match next PPV. Not sure if that was falsly reported or if HHH gets back in the picture somehow despite losing tonight.

Let's hope it was just falsly reported and not the other way around...somehow I'm willing to be it's the other way around though...dammit.

BTW, I read those same reports, which is part of why I was so surprised to see Benoit win tonight.

As big a Trips fan as I am, I cheered like HELL when he tapped. It was SO funny when Batista just barely moved the rope out of Trips' reach.

Yes it was a really good Raw. They actually focused on wrestling this week.

They never said when the winner gets the title shot and the next Raw PPV isn't for a while. The winner could just get the shot on Raw.

I think Christian is going to SD. Why would they waste time with all this Cena stuff if he wasn't?

the Michaels vs Benjamin match was the best on RAW i've seen in a while. Just exciting from start to finish. I knew it was gonna be a good match when they brought out Shawn to fight him. They worked well together even though it was their first time together in the ring

the superkick off the springboard was F'n crazy!!! I was marking out all over my room when I saw that, and of course I lost it when Trips tapped. Only sad part was I missed the Christian match and segment.... oh well good raw!

The more I see Shelton, the more I like him. He is a phenomenal athlete. He does some amazing stuff in the ring. He's the perfect Intercontinental Champion in my opinion. In the mold of Mr. Perfect, but better.

Top to bottom great raw, I kind of missed the end because I got a phone call but I still saw Triple H tap.

The michaels benjamin match was excellent but the finish was awesome however had Benjamin not jumped right into that superkick what do you guys think he was trying to do? a double axehandle or something? or maybe just land on his feet and then try for the T-bone?

That was one of the better RAWs I've seen in the last couple years.... The Benjamin vs HBK match was I think a possible canidate for match of the year, hopefully they have more matches together in the future... Benjamin is deffiently a star on the rise... all the WWE needs to do is keep developing his character and put him the ring with good workers, and I could see him being a World Champ contender (If HHH allows it) in the future. Christian is another star on the rise.. I see him going to SD and starting a fued with Cena. Is Edge going to SD? BTW why does the WWE continue give Masters airtime on RAW? The guys got no charisma, the gimmick sucks, and he needs more wrestling training, he should be on Heat.. I think the WWE should concentrate more on developing/scouting great in ring wrestlers/workers (i.e. Benjamin/Angle/HBK/Benoit) and less on guys like Masters (Big and Slow)... I remember on Raw a few years ago HHH summed it up... when he said to Scott Steiner "Your body is for Show while my body is for Go..." afterall this isn't Body Building.

I totally agree, lets see Masters put his "lock" on Triple H or Batista or Michaels or even Rosie. Until the guy actually beats somebody decent I have a very low opinion of him, if he is going to be on Raw every week then at least have him in the first hour so he isn't wasting our time near the end of the show, if that goof I mena masters wasn't on at 8:40pm last night like he was they could of had a longer amount of time for the main event. Thats the one thing Smackdown has over Raw in my opinion Smackdown seems to allow 20-30 minutes each week for their main event while Raw gives it 10 minutes at the most and goes into overtime every week because of it.

I believe raw gets the timeslot til 10:06 (central time) I dont think they are just going into overtime. I checked a while back because I was curious also and my direct tv menu guide always says 8:00 til 10:06.
