    Samoa Joe and HHH Meet

We noted before that both Samoa
    Joe
    and Jim
    Ross
were in Orlando for last week's WWE
    NXT
tapings and that Joe met with Triple
    H
about coming into the company. If Joe signs, He will likely start in WWE
NXT and make his way from there. His current ROH deal is thru June.

Never been a big fan of his but why not?
    atleast..Its not Delaware

I read yesterday that Joe is taking dates in July and August now so it doesn't sound like he signed anything with WWE...

According to Meltzer, Joe has the same deal as Rhyno where they can still work indy dates and work some NXT dates. Makes sense as to why Joe still has his name.

Unlike Rhyno though, Joe does have a merchandise deal with WWE.

Will be interesting to see how this all plays out, could be a new way for WWE to be doing contracts with the older pros.

Yeah, it's a good way to use established names to elevate the NXT talent, while at the same time allowing those guys to take bookings with independent promotions so they can earn extra income.
