It's a glitch basically but it is entirely possible to get double PCC rewards and get to keep them and it hasn't been fixed yet. Basically if you finish 200th and claim your rewards and fall to the reward tier lower thanthat, 201st, after final calculations are done its possible to claim two rewards

I'm not exactly sure what the time frame is. The videos didn't really say what time to exactly do it. I think it just means that if you're 200th before calculations and drop to 201st after calculations( since that's a reward tier drop) you can just claim both prizes

It's like an emulator type thing. It allows you to download apps from the google play store and use them on your PC/laptop.
