Minimum for survivor tier I believe is 5 legendary pros and and an epic pro

If you have good leg pros then 4 leg pros, single survivor and epic pro can also get you there.

Next event will be a single pcc, it's usually up around midnight Pacific time if I'm not mistaken. They've had it up at different times before though so you never know.
