For sure man me, you, Bard, wisco and SmooveMove, wherever he is, have been the 5 dudes who have always been a part of the wrestling dynasties and each year everyone tries their hardest to come out with the best universe they can think of! Welcome dude and its been great to be working alongside you in these forums for 3-4 years now! Will definitely have it rolling by Christmas time at the latest, and I'll be sticking to it this year, and if I'm really stuck into maybe even a continuation next year! Keep up the good work and I'll give yours and wisco's a huge read tonight man!

Raw went up late last night. It's the go home to Extreme Rules and includes a contract signing. It's my first time writing in something like that so let me know what you all think!

Been thinking of using in-game legends as templates and creating new personas for them possibly at some point and lowering their attributes once I have space on my downloads so that I can add some new custom guys to NXT after awhile.

With them being in NXT they dont need a while lot of background yet as i am hoping to build them into something through storyline.

American Alpha faces Guerrillas of Destiny with tag titles on the line
Bayley challenges for the Women's Championship
Hideo Itami challenges for the NXT Championship
Plus Nakamura v. Aries in a dream match and other matches.

Hey everyone, just starting up my Universe mode and doing a report of a it for the first time. Been inspired by some of the reports I am seeing and overall I like the feel of this community. Haven't seen too many of these that have NJPW, ROH, or PWG shows so I'm hoping to be adding of something to this community!

As always with a feedmemore37 universe story here on OS, the first post will be a long one but I'm trying something new this time so I hope everyone enjoys, just trying to think of a good name for it, and I'll do the write up to start things off. Anyone who's interested look out on the Other Sports Dynasties page. Lets hope this universe year is a good one!

I may be looking in the wrong places, but I had some questions about the Universe mode in this year's game.

Has anything changed from 2k16 in regards to the Universe mode? Are there more options?

Can you do a brand split?

Overall, is everyone enjoying the Universe mode more than last years?

I bought the game for Christmas for my son (I'll obviously play it as well), and we've had 2k16 since it came out, but I never really got as much enjoyment out of the Universe mode as I thought I would. Just curious if anything big has changed in this year's title.

On of the bigger changes with Universe mode is the fact that you can have 3 saves without having multiple log ins. This would allow you and your son to have different Universes going on.

Some of the other big changes are the ability to set up a run in either before, during , or after matches (but not title matches for some reason)

You can also have promos of different kinds during your shows. These include, self promotion, break up team, create team, call out and a few others that I can't think of at the moment because I haven't used them a ton yet.

You can set up a brand split in the same ways as last year by assigning people to only one brand. This is one thing I wish they would add...the opotion to do a brand split or no brand split at the beginning.

It's okay, but it's a start back in the right direction with promos. Like I said I haven't gotten into them much due to trying to get things set up through the first real month of my Universe.

One of my favorite things, despite it being 'small', is the use of the in-game models during the match-up screens. Before they would use the picture of the person if there were originally in the game and in-game model for the CAWs. It's a small difference but it makes everyone feel as if they are on the same page and it's a HUGE difference to how immersed I feel in the show.

I need to try and get Raw up, attempted about a week ago, but the game crashed on me and haven't wanted to ever since. Skyrim, NMS, Ratchet and Clank, and even The Show all have my interest now...hopefully TLC helps with that.
