Save data corruption

It's been reported that some people are having their save data corrupting after downloading some community creations.
It seemed to be a couple of caw CM Punk and RVD that may have been the cause of it and may have now been deleted from the community creations.
One of the 2k reps posted that they are aware of and looking into the problem.
On both XB1 and PS4 digital and disk.

Smh the year I pick up 2k day one instead of post black Friday and I see what everyone has probably experienced at launch for years.

It seems that CAWs with too many logos are corrupting saves. Apparently 2K is aware and working on it.

it's happened to me twice , very annoying, like the game but might have to play other games for a while until the issue is resolved

It happened to me. It actually may be the second time that it happened to me. My save data was deleted the day before the game released. That time, I just thought it was 2K wiping out the servers before the game was officially released.

Today, I boot up the game and my saved data is wiped again. What is frustrating is that even though all my stats & downloads are gone, my community creations count did not reset, so I can't download anything for a few more hours.

Same with me didn't reset.. Happend with Pentagon Jr. It should be a 30 fighter cap. 20 is a bit limited. There are a lot of things that need to be fixed in the game. This is the biggest though.

We’ve found that the issue was triggered by custom content having a high count of unique custom logos.

To prevent further problems with this issue, please do not upload or download any Custom Superstars, Arenas, or Championships with more than 14 unique custom logos.

Please respond to this thread with the name and hashtag information for any CAS, CAA or CAC with over 14 custom logos that you have uploaded.

We are going to hide these to ensure nobody is able to download them. If possible, when we have released a fix for the problem we will make them visible again.

We are trying to recreate the “Rest Mode” issue as well, but haven't been able to. If anyone can provide details on how to recreate that issue, it will allow us to track it down and fix it.

Dang that's really frustrating. I had all these superstars downloaded. Oh Well I guess I'll have to redownload them. Looked Like on xbox one the Lince Dorado had 21 logos so don't download it
