    AI or AS?

At the end of the 2013 season my contract was not renewed as GM of the Padres. I'd built a team full of very good young players who had not quite arrived at stardom yet. Everyone in the organization was an A or B level talent.

My top pitcher was Neftali Feliz who I had acquired in a trade.

Neftali is 26 and has an A OVR and and A Potential.

    2013 Stats

    9-14 200 K 2.59

    2012 Stats

    10-19 247 K 3.31

I had also signed Ryan Zimmerman in the offseason of 2011. Zimmerman came cheap(ish) 3yr/24mil. He is only 29 with an A OVR with an A Potential.

    2013 Stats

    .286 21 81

    2012 Stats

    .278 34 112

My team was terrible and broke. I drafted a SP in 2011, who was the fourth highest rated pitcher in the organization (A potential, Cy Young scouting, etc.) at 21 years old.

Huston Weldon 22 yrs old B OVR and A Potential

    2013 Stats

    4-11 102 K 4.79

    2012 Stats

    None

Anyway, the point of this thread is to ask you to comment on what has transpired since I was fired (a few months ago).

Ryan Zimmerman is dealt for a C level prospect who is immediately placed on waivers and then released.

    Billya Stewart 26 yrs old

    C Overall
    C Potential

    No stats

Neftali Feliz is traded to Baltimore for Aaron Poreda who is subsequently left unprotected in the rule 5 draft.

    Aaron Poreda 27 yrs old

    B Overall
    B Potential

    No stats

My first round pick is traded to Detroit for 26 year-old Jimmie Bohn (C OVR and A Potential).

    No Stats.

    Comments?

P.S. Just simmed it out again, same thing happened.

Obviously my point is that the AI in MLB 09 The Show is terrible.

Apologize amongst yourselves with my condolences and their approval.
