I made that move because it happened irl last week. Jesse Chavez was a rookie last year and has a 98 mph fastball and is a strikeout king. He was my favorite releiver. If he ever shows up on the FA market i will resign him.

                Players On The Rise
                SP Daniel McCutchen

McCutchen had a short stint with the Pirates at the end of last season and will be called up if Kevin Hart struggles in April.

                SP Brad Lincoln

Lincoln had a breakthrough year in the minors last year and could see a call up around June or July.

                RF Jose Tabata

Expected to be the everyday RF by the All Star Break.

                3B Jose Alvarez

Will be the everyday 3B around the All Star Break regardless of how well Andy LaRoche performs. If LaRoche is out performing Iwamura he will be moved to 2B.

Sorry about not updating in a while.

The Pirates have signed 30 yr old japanese fireballer Ryota Igarashi to a 2 yr deal.

Igarashi has played the past 11 years for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows and he is very happy to be playing in America.

I have finished Game 1 against the Brewers and will post it now.

Here is a video of Igarashi striking out the side in Japan.

IGARASHI'S AMERICAN DEBUT SPOILED BY BREW CREW

Igarashi struck out 4 in 2 innings, but also gave up a HR.
