As well as what style to run my dynasty im not sure what team i should use and ive narrowed it down to 4 teams please post and toss some ideads. (perferably not used in a dynasty)

Baltimore
Nationals
Oakland
These are a few teams i would like to use. I want a team i need to build up and make a contender as realistic as possible along with skill needed to win the games. Please let me know -
