12' Dynasty and Create a Player

I will be doing a Dynasty for MLB 12 the Show as the SF Giants I will be doing daily (Series in-game) updates and also I really really wanted to find a way to Incorporate people who are viewing hopefully watching (New HD-PVR) the dynasty.. So if want to be in my Franchise i'll create you and have as the Top Prospect, Starter if so max of C POT and you can't replace a teams Star I.E. Puljos, Fielder etc. )
