Re: #10 Louisville vs Providence
Haha yea, I'm gonna look into it after this season. I think the problem is that I need the computer to run more than one play. Its just way too tempting to jump in to steal the pass on the one play they ALWAYS run. But in order to do that, I would have to start all over. I like everything else about the sliders.

Re: #10 Louisville vs Providence
The computer does often run the same play over and it becomes really easy to anticipate and jump their passes. Sometimes I just have to hold back to make the game more realistic, because I haven't messed with sliders too much yet.My CH2K8 Legacy: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ess-suits.html

Re: #10 Louisville vs Providence
Thanks. Its a little bit more work, but I like the way they turn out. After I figure out a new set of sliders to go with I will start posting updates more regularly, I don't like to change them in season and mess up the rhythm (something i did last season)."Yo Soy Fiesta."

How long is the legacy mode Im in my 22 nd year and i am afraid it will end soon.UCF HOPING TO TURN IT ALL AROUND, HIRE NEW HEAD COACH
Orlando, FL - After another disappointing season, the University of Central Florida has replaced their head basketball coach. The Knights will start their 2013-2014 season under the reigns of head coach Charlie Nolan. Coach Nolan was relatively unknown until this past year when he led his USC Upstate Spartans on a Cinderella run to the Final Four. UCF was not the first team to offer him a position, but it was his top choice. Nolan, 31 years old, will be holding a press conference with Athletic Director Keith Tribble and will be open to any questions. With consistent trips to the NCAA tournament and a great coaching record, we are all hoping that Coach Nolan will be a good fit for the Knights.[/quote]"I always tell people I want to live to be 150 and they say why would you want to do that. Aras Hollins provided a big spark off the bench to keep the Friars at bay.
1st2ndFinalProvidence 273764#10 Louisville 4655101In just 283 games in his 9th season coaching, Coach Nolan has made it to the milestone of 200 wins. There is no way to overestimate the beat down Louisville put on Providence last night, pulling out a thirty-seven point victory in Freedom Hall. With the victory, Nolan moves to 200-83 career with a 71% win percentage. If Nolan can keep it up, and it looks like he will be able to, he could be on his way to shatter all-time coaching records.
Chas Dennehy was back to form after his foul-laden game earlier in the week against Cincinnati. Dennehy recorded a double-double with a game high 18 points and 10 assists while also mustering up 7 rebounds and 6 steals. Chas only shot 6 for 17 from the field, but cashed in shooting 6 for 6 from the free throw line.
While Emmitt Austin struggled with foul trouble in the early goings, Major Dillard stepped in in a big way. Dillard recorded 18 points, 5 reboudns, 1 assist, and 4 steals all in just 17 minutes of play. Austin was in foul trouble early and ended the game 1 away from fouling out, and Dillard was very eager to try to take back his starting role.
Providence's only real scoring threat is Kendrick Eitutavicius and Dennehy was able to keep him under control the entire game. Eitutavicius only recorded 8 points, 1 rebound, and 4 assists while he had his pocket picked 7 times on the day. The Friar offense shot very well from the floor, but it is very hard to win against a Cardinal defense that forces 35 turnovers on 30 steals in a single game.
"I am ecstatic that the guys played the way they did today for my 200th win," Coach Nolan exclaimed. "It means a lot that the starters told me they wanted to make this game special and insisted on being put back in the game. No knock to Providence, but there was no way I could make the guys sit on the bench. Hollins and Dillard had great games off the bench too, I hope we can play the rest of our games with this much enthusiasm!"
The next match up for Louisville is a tough Pittsburgh Panther team. Pitt is ranked #21 and sits at 14-4 overall and 3-2 in Big East play. While most of the Cardinals points came off of beating the press last night, Pitt rarely presses and runs a very slow paced offense. Main focus will need to be put on Leon Massie, the strong forward who averages 16.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks per game. Other attention will need to be focused on Malone and Wells who average 11.2 and 11.1 points per game respectively. Pitt Lost to UConn in conference play two weeks ago, but have followed it up with two big wins over St. John's and Cincinnati and hope to get another big win against the Louisville Cardinals. Louisville will need to buckle down on defense to force turnovers and win the rebounding battle to stand a chance against Pitt next week.
