First, congrats on the Boise State job and the job that you are doing there. In my go around which started at VMI, I went to Boise State and it took me, I think, about 5 years and got them ranked before I moved on to THE Ohio State Buckeyes. If you can keep this up for a few years there is no telling who may come calling.

Thank you! And that's actually what inspired me to accept the Boise State job, I was thinking a few days before I got the job, "How cool would it be if I got a job offer from Boise State like doncoryell?" and sure enough I got one haha!
