Hello everyone, hope you're having a good Monday (well that's an oxymoron) the Rockets are taking on the Utah Jazz tonight at 7:00 PM. We have a few notes notes heading into the game, Ryan Anderson is day to day with back spasms and I heard he has a chance of coming back Friday against the Knicks. Also in other news, Houston has signed former BYU star, Jimmer Fredette to a one year 1.9 million dollar contract. They need help shooting off the bench and he should be able to play both guard spots.

Houston Wins Last Second Thriller

Houston comes away with a win after a controversial last second call that went their way, but we’ll get into the details later. James Harden had another outstanding game getting 23 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists. Jason Thompson did well in his first start, in replace of the injured Ryan Anderson, grabbing nine rebounds and scoring 4 points on only 3 shots. Kawhi Leonard had another Kawhi like performance throwing down some vicious jams scoring 12 and grabbing 9 rebounds. Serge Ibaka had a somewhat disappointing game with 9 points, only 3 rebounds, but at least he did get 4 blocks And Isaiah Thomas had 14 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 dimes. Wilson Chandler had 11 points and 4 boards off the bench as well; and Jimmer Fredette made his Rockets debut and went 1-4 with a 3 pointer.

Richard Hamilton led the Jazz with 16 points, 4 boards, 2 dimes, 2 steals, and 3 blocks. Jrue Holiday had 15 and 9 assists; and Gortat had 14 points and 5 boards. Lamarcus Aldridge had a disappointing 8 points, but did grab 7rebounds while Darren Collison had 12 points shooting 4-13.

On to the game now; Houston controlled the first quarter pretty well but a lackluster 2 quarter saw them down by as many as 9. They made a run towards the end of the 2nd quarter capped off by this sick slam by Tyrus Thomas

Shortly later with it being a 1 point deficit, Jimmer Fredette comes in making his Rocket debut, and quickly shows why we got him shooting a contested 3 that he drains.

Let’s skip the 4th quarter now, Houston is up 7 with 3 minutes left and Utah makes their run, they cut the deficit to 1 with a minute left, Kawhi goes up for a tough leaning layup and he can’t get it to fall, going the other way Rip Hamilton decides to pull up for a mid-range jumper with Ibaka in his face, it misses. Now we are at about 12 seconds left, shot clock at 5, the pass goes to Wilson Chandler takes a dribble and is about to pull up with a defender all over him when there is a whistle… the ref calls a reach in, which resets the shot clock and makes Utah foul Harden who calmly nails 2 free throws. Rip Hamilton misses a potential game tying 3 at the buzzer(shown below).

So a thrilling game comes down to a controversial call, I personally think the ref should have not called anything, but I’m not complaining as the Rockets come out of here with a win! And check out your plays of the game, I couldn't just pick one these 2 were so good!

Sorry for the long wait guys, NCAA Football came out yesterday and it's a great game, I'll get back into this association later, so expect a game update and Walt Fibera update soon!

I'm very sorry I haven't gotten a post out recently. I've been extremely busy with life and haven't even played 2K in a week or 2. I will try to get this going again and another question. Would you guys rather keep this going or start up a new one with this upcoming seasons rosters? I would need ideas for teams if I were to restart.

Sadly, most likely, I might try to restart this series, but if I did want to restart it, I'd most likely start up a new one. If you enjoyed, let me know if you'd like me to start up a new one. Plus, when I started it, I couldn't get pictures or anything to work, so if I do restart, it will have better quality.

To those that enjoyed this, I'm thinking about starting a new dynasty. I still have 2k13, so I'd need a few suggestions. What 2013-2014 roster are there that are good? What team should I be? And also if I do this, I want to have a storyline to go with, however I'm not very good at writing these story lines, but if you are good at writing, PM me and we can see if we could make an amazing dynasty!
