During the altercation, both Collin Gronk and Matt Cook had been pushing and shoving each other, almost throwing punches. Apparently, Cook was taunting Gronk the entire game about how many times he had been traded. The taunting quickly turned into yelling, which eventually tumbled into a near brawl. Their teammates had to pull them apart and the referees immediately ejected them from the game. While walking back to the locker room, Cook and Grizzlies head coach Lionel Hollins were seen having a very strong conversation.

Coach Hollins had this to say about the incident, "Matt's a good kid but I'm disappointed in him for losing his head in a regular season game. We have talked and I am absolutely positive he won't do it again."

One of our reporters had attempted to talk to Matt but he did not respond to any of our requests to have him put out a statement. Nothing has been reported from Collin Gronk either.

I have a few thoughts...

1) I may move to a new forum (just to keep **** more organized), and post conferences, awards, stats etc over there
2) Its way to hard to keep up with the scores per team, so I decided to post just the all-star and draft and trades and major news pieces
3) This will be a test run (game is glitchy), but it will get everyone use to it. I will be doing this again once this ends The new one will be more hands on, spending points (based on salary or something), camps to attend, more backstories and much more.
4) Cookinggod will also be posting news, and if anyone else is interested in posting articles, let me know and feel free to.

Let me know what you guys think. I have the week off work, and the GF's sister just had a kid (2 hours ago) so she'll be busy for a while. I can keep up with the updates going this fast, or i can slow down.. let me know

I think we should slow down just a little bit. Maybe you can have like a game of the week between 2 teams that have CAPs and post the scores from that. I actually had an idea where, and I doubt everyone will buy in on this, instead of using the forum for posting tweets, we have little made-up twitter accounts? Would anyone be down for that?

I like all this, and I'm thinking what you should have us do is make player DNA for it and have u find it on 2k share in the new one, and give us an OVR cap of, say, 79. I'm on XBox. I can make @MTaylor3 real whenever we decide to do it. I already have my players back story.
