Regular. If you look back to the way the 1995 draft was conducted, it was in that format. That was when they introduced the Raptors and Grizzlies into the league.

You're not playing the association, you're controlling whatever moves are made. I'm the one who controls the teams. And we won't be doing an Association, just a tournament or Round Robin followed by a playoffs to see who can manage the best team.
