Internet is wonky so I'll post the next game this way (on a different computer so I can't get the regular box format. Let's see who really likes the NEACand not the box score format).
Bel-Air 78—Buffalo 68
Trey: 23 points, Rebound, 4 assists, 2 steals
Happy: 10 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, BlockComment

Award Watch: Season Midpoint
Defensive Player of the Year (DPOY):
Leader: Shaq Davis (C—Baltimore)
Dark Horse: Bryce Robinson (PF—Rochester)
Both have been monsters in the paint this year, but whereas Robinson has been consistent all year long, Davis has come on like the Hulk in recent games including a league-high 18 rebound performance. Robinson just beat out PF Jerry Malone
Teammate of the Year (TOY):
Leader: Angelo Valdez (PG—Rochester)
Dark Horse: Matt Bless (PG/SG—Hartford)
Valdez has been mostly a distributor, letting Robinson have the spotlight, but he has undoubtedly stepped up when needed. Bless does the same, with fewer points but on a team with more wins.
Projected All-NEAC Defensive Team:
PG—Anthony Valdez
SG—Trey Youngblood
SF—Jay Greyvenstein
PF—DJ Porter
C—Shaq Davis
Projected All-NEAC Team:
PG—Angelo Valdez
SG—Casen Lewis (SF-SG)
SF—Jay Greyvenstein
PF—Bryce Robinson
C—Shaq Davis
2nd Team:
PG—Stone Harper
SG—Anthony Brown
SF—Omero Kai
PF—DJ Porter
C—Jerry Malone
Most Outstanding Player (MOP):
Leader:
Darkhorse: Jay Greyvenstein, Shaq Davis
It's a crapshoot right now. A big one. The top 2 teams don't have clear top players—though Casen Lewis has won POY twice. Greyvenstein and Davis both lead inconsistent teams. MVP is easy: Lewis or Omero Kai. Sadly, it's MOP: the final stretch and playoffs will be the arbitrator.
