Wow. 24 shots from Youngblood. Might have to change his name to Ball Hog. I would call out Happy on his performance again, but it looks like I didn't give him a chance to touch the ball.

25 pts is nice, but 0-2 isn't. Guess I better working on my passing skills next week.

My guy might not take a whole lot of shots but his block won us the game.

                  NEAC Parity Shows Must-Watch Conference

The second round of NEAC play is finished, with the result showing a tightly-contested battle with only 2 teams not sitting at .500. The Dover Colonials are the lone 2-0 team, while the Bel-Air Royals are the winless team (0-2).

In the first game, the Harrisburg Miners beat the Hartford Lumberjacks in OT. SG Matt Bless hit 2 game-tying 3-pointers at the end of regulation, but Hartford fell 78-72 in the extra period. Bless had 23 points for Hartford, and SF Red Sky added 17. For Harrisburg, SF Jay Greyvenstein shot 8 of 9 for 19 points while SG Anthony Brown had 5 assists.

The Colonials beat the Buffalo Bilikens 70-67 in game 2 of the round. PF Jerry Malone had a key block with ten seconds remaining, but the show belonged to SF Casen Lewis—23 points, 5 boards, and 7 assists. PG Stone Harper added 12 points.

The Baltimore Wolves eked out a 63-62 victory over the Rochester Challengers behind 8 points apiece for SF Omero Kai and SG Ryan Kilpatrick. C Shaq Davis had a monster 5 steals in the win, while Rochester's Bryce Robinson scored 8 points to go along with 6 boards. Angelo Valdez had a game-high 6 assists in the loss.

The Camden Wildcats crushed the Bel-Air Royals despite SG Trey Youngblood's 25 points. The Wildcats turned to their bench most of the game, only needing 6 points apiece from Jo Kane and Kenneth Yates (who also added 5 assists). Bel-Air's Happy Lovelace had 5 boards and a team-high 6 assists.

The NEAC named SF Casen Lewis (Dover) as its Player of the Week.

                          But will it be extensive?!

Can't wait to see how Hartford does in their next game.

Very pumped to see Youngblood and Happy finally get a "W", Despite playing the "Big 3" of Baltimore.

Not happy with YB's shooting %, but excited to see him dish out 7 assists and work hard on the defensive end with the 8 steals.
