Sacramento Kings Dynasty- "Not one, not two, not three, not ten"

For a main background of this dynasty, please review the MyLeague thread in the main NBA 2K15 next gen forum, page 36 and 38.

The Sacramento Kings are coming off a dismal season in 2023, finishing 47-35 and almost getting swept in the conference quarterfinals in the playoffs. After winning 3 straight championships and very nearly winning a 4th, The Kings' GM is determined to bring the trophy back to SacTown.

"We are determined to bring that trophy back to Sacramento where it belongs!" - said the Kings GM, after the playoffs were over. "We will do whatever it takes.", he added.

It's pretty hard to win a championship again when you let Kevin Durant, the most profiled player in the league besides Lebron James. But when you have Gilchrist, Peters and one of the best young PGs in the world in Alan Paxson, you can understand his frustration.

The Kings made a few additions to their roster. We were short on depth, so we added relatively unknowns in PG/SG Irvin Hooper, C Oliver Lawson, and C Dexter Hill. While they didn't play much this year, they improved in their ratings immensely and we are pleased at their development. We went to the 2nd Round once again and lost 4-2 to, guess who, the Mavericks, the team we got swept in the playoffs last season.

In Popavich's second season, the team finished 53-29, good to take the Southwest division. We will use this year to claim our 4th championship ring next year.

I plan on trading Gilchrist next year as he is 31 years old and next year is his last year. I really do not like old players. We have a lot of guys next year who's contract runs out so we need to plan for the future.

We had two draft picks this year. We used them on Perry North, a Small Forward, and Loren Waters, a Power Forward/Small Forward. Both are similar in height(North is 6'9 and Waters is 6'10), and both have the mentality that all-stars require. This difference is that North was projected to be picked around the mid 50s, but we would not leave the draft without North, and we trust our scouts that North is the next guy to help turn this franchise around. I am happy with my roster. We are not making any free agency additions as it's full now.

      On-wards to 2025-2026!
