PHILADELPHIA (AP)*- The Philadelphia 76ers slasher, Monta Ellis flew to Dallas, and has undergo surgery to repair his broken left ankle at Texas Sports Medicine.
Recovery time is expected to be about two to four months. To this situation came about when Monta made shot from the corner and he fell down on the McCollum's foot (picture above).
Monta Ellis is leader in points with 17.8 per game. also he has 3.6 rebounds per game and 5.2 assists per game and 1.6 steals per game. during his absence, will get more playing time for Wroten, Canaan, and Grant

CHANGE IN THE LINEUP

PHILADELPHIA (AP)*- The Philadelphia 76ers have trouble with injuries (Lamb and Ellis,
two shooting guards). Jeremy Lamb will return to action in 2 weeks
but Ellis will return after long long time (4 months) and if Sixers will fight for
the Playoffs 2016 he will be the biggest addition. After that injury, Sixers will talk with
a few other teams about exchange, by which the Sixers will acquire
veteran on spot 2. Who is available for trade? A. Brown (R), M. Hezonja (R), T. Wroten,
H. Sims, L. Mbah a Moute + some picks in 1st round for the next years.

KAT WITH TORN ACHILLES

PHILADELPHIA (AP)*-- The Philadelphia 76ers announced that starting center Karl-Anthony Towns suffered a torn achilles during game against the Bulls. KAT was injured during the 2nd quarter, after shot (picture above). His injury slowing down him for the next 1-2 months.

KAT was selected by the Sixers in #5 overall pick in the Draft 2015.
After the Sixers lost M. Ellis to a broken ankle for 2 months this is the 2nd injury in the season thus far. In 29 games this season (all games started), K. Towns was averaging 13.7 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 1.0 bpg, while shooting above 50% from the field.

With Ellis and Towns now out, Joel Embiid is the lone active center on the roster. For the time being, Frank Vogel said T. Wroten and Jerami Grant will see some time at the shooting guard position before they bring someone else in, and the same words said to Embiid.
