Questionable Call At The End Costs Nets Game

The Brooklyn Nets have been reeling as late. Another strong showing by the Nets in the first half only to squander the lead in the third quarter to the Dallas Mavericks.

We fast forward towards the end of the game. Brook Lopez is on the line with the Nets leading by two. Lopez misses both free throws, Mavericks rebound the ball. Lopez raced back towards the paint. The Mavs are coming down court with the ball and a pass to Tyson Chandler who catches the pass running towards the paint only to have Brook Lopez meet him there......The ref blows the whistle and call a FLAGRANT FOUL!!!

I just didn't see how that could of been a Flagrant. Now with 18 seconds left, Chandler goes to the the line and sinks both free throws....TIE GAME.

Mavs still have possession and inbound the ball, they move it around and find Monta Ellis in the corner, just inside the 3-point line and nails the two with 1.1 seconds left.

After a timeout by the Nets, Tyus Jones, who was scorching hot in this game, receives the inbound pass, shoots up a three pointer and MISSES!!!

Refs screwed us out of this one, I was so pissed. We had the game, of course it didn't help that Lopez missed the two free throws, nonetheless, BAD CALL!
