Am going to try something different with this dynasty this year. I am going to give you, the viewers, the opportunity to pick my team for my NBA 2k18 MyGM. In order to maintain some sense of control I will be picking a team from each division for you, the viewers, to vote for/on and the team with the most votes the day the game's early tip off releases while be the team I play as for my MyGM this year.

Hello and welcome to RJ1992's NBA 2k18 MyGM Dynasty

I haven't documented and stuck with one of my franchises in a long time but hope to do so with this one. I hope I'll finally have the time to keep up with this and not get side tracked by all the goings-ons of my life. I have given you, the viewers, the opportunity in the poll above to vote for the team I will be playing as in my MyGM this year. As previously stated in order to maintain some sense of control I have chosen one team from each division that you may vote for/on. The winning team/the team with the most votes will be the team I play as in my MyGM this year. Also one other thing I am going to try different in this franchise is that I will not be mentioning settings or ratings. Just basketball. Finally, I will focus solely on the team you pick for me as that is the team I will be the GM of.

Poll currently tied between Hawks and Trail Blazers with just a little over a day to go till the early tip off edition releases. Should there be a tie tomorrow night before I go to bed, I will post how exactly I will decide on a tie breaker should the need arise. Have already come up with some interesting ideas for both a Hawks and a Trail Blazers MyGM. Will be interesting to see which of those two ends up winning or whether or not another team has a big come from behind comeback in the poll. Keep the votes a coming.

Wonder if the current tie between the Hawks and the Trail Blazers will be broken or if I am going to have to come up with some sort of tie breaker later tonight should the tie remain tomorrow when the game releases.

Still tied between Hawks and Trail Blazers with roughly five hours to the game releases. Now I won't be starting my MyGM until sometime between 8am-10am EST tomorrow morning. So, there is still time for somebody, anybody, to be the vote that breaks the tie. However, should the tie remain intact still later tonight I will come up with some sort of tie breaker in case the tie remains tomorrow.

Saw that the Trail Blazers managed to take the lead for a short period of time tonight, but, the Hawks are now once again tied with the Trail Blazers this time at four votes a piece. Should the tie remain tomorrow I will place four pieces of paper, two with Trail Blazers written on it and two with Hawks written on it, into a hat and draw the winning team from the hat.

Robert Osmond injuries himself playing for the Dallas Mavericks in the 2011 Western Conference Finals. He has an diagnosis of a full tear off the anterior cruciate ligament and partial tears of the posterior cruciate ligament and collateral cruciate ligament. His playing career is officially over following this gruesome injury.

Robert Osmond has been named the new general manager of the Atlanta Hawks by Hawks' owner, Lewis Meyer. Osmond has an introductory press conference scheduled with the media at 2PM to introduce him as the team's new general manager. Robert Osmond meets with owner Lewis Meyer prior to the introductory press conference.

The first question asked to Robert Osmond is what is his vision for the team and goals going forth into this season and moving forward. Osmond responds that minor tweaks are needed. The second question Osmond is asked is will he be bringing in his own coaching staff or will he be keeping on Coach Budenholzer. Osmond responds that he needs time to evaluate the situation.

Coach Budenholzer demands to know whether or not he has a job entering the upcoming season. Osmond responds by telling him he has nothing to worry about as of right now.
