    Running with the Bulls: 2K22

    System: PS5
    Regular Season: 82 Games
    Quarter Length: 11 Minutes
    Simulated Quarter Length: 12 Minutes
Normalize Played to Sim Stats/Minutes: No / Yes
    Roster: ???
    Playoffs: Best of 7
    Gameplay Difficulty / Sliders: ???
    Draft Classes: ???
    MyLeague Sliders: ???

I will be using the MyLeague Random Events tool created by TheDominator273 just to make things a bit more interesting. This is how I'm going to run it.
    • Pre-Season (20)
    • Monthly (7)
    • Pre Trade Deadline (10)
    • Post Trade Deadline (10)
    • Combine (5)
    • Draft (3)
    • Free Agency (5)
    • Summer League (5)

It may seem like a lot in theory, and I'll use my better judgement for them first before I implement them but overall it's roughly 75-85 players being effected through the season which is only like 15% of the whole league.

I'm still waiting on the decision what roster I will be using so not looking to start it just yet, just getting everything set up

      THE TEAM

Just like he did the season prior, Artūras Karnišovas has shaken up the Chicago Bulls this past off-season. Gone is almost the entire core that was to be the Bulls, Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr., Daniel Gafford and Chandler Hutchison. From the 17 players on the roster to begin last season—including two G-league two-way players—only remaining are Zach LaVine, Coby White, Patrick Williams (both out injured likely until November) and Devon Dotson. With 3 new starters entering the fold, Karnišovas has this to say about the new roster additions dating back to 2020-21 Trade Deadline.

"A player like Vooch is a talented scorer and rebounder that gives us balance with so many ball handlers. Zo is, you know lead guard with size that developed into a three point threat, he likes to advance the ball and look for his teammates.
Alex Caruso is versatile, tough, competitive, great defender. DeRozan, twenty plus point scorer, playmaker, gets to the free throw line a ton something that we didn't have last year, brings experience.
Derrick Jones Jr. an elite athlete, long multi-positional defender. Ayo, calm, under control guard with size, can do a little bit of everything. Tony Bradley, a long big that knows how to play, can score in and out.

All of these players that I just mentioned possess a high basketball IQ and I think that fact alone gives us a chance to be really good"

The generally consensus seem to agree the Bulls should be better this season. Most of the Vegas and media projections give the Bulls 40-42 wins this season, which means around .500 and a place in the seven through 10 play-in tournament. Big questions going around whether all these new acquisitions can mesh on-court, yes they can score, but who's going to stop anyone?

All in all, it looks to be the most interesting Bulls year since the 2010-2012 seasons when the Bulls led the league in wins in back-to-back years. It's going to be entertaining.

              AROUND THE LEAGUE

              - Minnesota Timberwolves rookie Leandro Bolmaro will miss the season following a left ACL tear in training. The Argentine-Italian rookie taken 23rd in the 2020 draft is expected to be sideline for the next 8-9 months.

              - Miami Heat veteran Udonis Haslem is recovering from surgery to fix a broken right hand and will miss 1-2 weeks. The forward, who has taken on a more coaching role on the bench has only seen the court 45 times over the last 5 seasons.

              - Confusion in regards to Pacers rookie Goga Bitadze age has been solved. Questions have been asked about the age of the Georgian player, sources have found that his birth certificate has him listed two years older than originally thought.

              - Sources inside the Milwaukee Bucks camp have let it known that Bobby Portis is a man on a mission this season. Sources state that he has looked like he has taken his offense to another level in practice, fresh off a ring and with a player option this upcoming free agency, we can except a fiery Portis.

              - Bradley Beal has informed the Washington front office that he'd like to be traded by this seasons deadline. The star shooting guard has spent 9 seasons in DC with several all-star appearances, but with a possible rebuild looming he is looking towards playing for a contender.

-The sky is the limit for Miami Heat's All-Star center Bam Adebayo who's shown major improvement on his already all-defensive level of play. With two 2nd defensive teams and a 4th place finish in last years DPotY award to his young career, is this the season we see him reach even higher defensively.

Bradley Beal on the block! I love it.

This team is going to be a beast offensively.
