NB. Unfortunately, I started the season with the ATD roster that doesn't have the right draft picks, so if I remember correctly, Houston has two first-round picks, which would also give me the chance to play for a pick to get the superstar.

I agree, let's see how the end of the season goes while still trying to find a place in the PLAY-IN, surely in the next post season we will try to get a superstar, the dream would be G. Antetokounmpo (very difficult) the others available could be K. Durant, P. George, L. Markkanen.

🏀 Celtics and Cavaliers dominate the Eastern Conference — Everyone else is trying to catch up
In the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics (47-13) and Cleveland Cavaliers (46-13) have completely separated themselves from the pack. Boston has dominated from the start, while Cleveland is proving to be a worthy contender with one of the league's most balanced teams.
Although further back, the New York Knicks (37-22) and Milwaukee Bucks (36-23) round out the top division, maintaining a solid playoff position but clearly a step below the top two. The Hornets, Pistons, and Magic are hovering around .500, maintaining their playoff berths, while Indiana and Chicago remain in contention for the playoffs.
Further down the table, Philadelphia and Brooklyn are still in contention but need a strong finish to the season. Meanwhile, Miami, Toronto, and Washington have struggled all season, particularly the Heat, who have fallen well short of expectations.
⸻
⚡ Thunder strike first in the West — Close race behind
In the West, the Oklahoma City Thunder (42-17) are making headlines with the best record in the conference and a successful year. Right behind them, Denver (39-21) and Dallas (38-22) remain within striking distance, while Memphis (37-22) is not far behind.
Golden State (34-25) and Minnesota (34-27) round out the top six, but the race for seeding is tight. The Lakers (29-30) and Suns (29-31) are clinging to the playoffs with little margin for error, followed closely by the Pelicans, Blazers, and Rockets, all separated by a few games.
At the bottom of the standings, San Antonio, the Clippers, the Kings, and the Jazz are all but out of contention, with the Utah Jazz (19-40) having one of the league's worst seasons.
⸻
🔍 Key Takeaways:
• East: Celtics and Cavs in leagues of their own; Knicks and Bucks holding firm; playoff race still open.
• West: Thunder shocks everyone; chaos from fourth to eleventh place; very narrow margins.
• Biggest Disappointments: Heat and Sixers in the East; Clippers and Kings in the West.
• Breakout Team: Oklahoma City Thunder — clear contenders.Writing here helps me distract myself from real life.
