      I thought Troy was benched too! It was a total knee-jerk reaction. I was tired to the interceptions and I knew that we were good enough to beat Oakland with Woodson at QB. After I had some time to think, I knew that making a permanent change at QB in the midst of the playoff run was foolish given the huge differences in awareness and accuracy between the two QBs. Whether I like him or not, Smith gives us the best chance to win. What he lacks in arm strength, he makes up with awareness, accuracy, and mobility. Playbook knowledge too. Barring injury, Smith is the guy.

      Don't be in any rush to replace your Smith jersey. He's in the final year of his rookie deal and it's unlikely that he'll be back. A certain former first-round pick of of Auburn decided against resigning with his current team and I think he would look really good in purple...
