Re: NBA Live Random Games
So here goes my first game in which i played the Milwaukee Bucks.
WIZARDS BLOW OUT BUCKS!
The Washington Wizards blew out the Milwaukee Bucks in this hotly contested game.
Antawn Jamison had 29 points and 14 rebounds as the Wizards won this match, a 122-102 victory over the hapless Bucks.
Anthony Peeler scored a season high 28 points while Gilbert Arenas contributed 17 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals for the Washington Wizards.
The Milwaukee Bucks trailed by just 2 points at the start of the final quarter but were outscored 40-29 by the Wizards in the final quarter.
The Milwaukee Bucks tried to stave off the hot shooting of the Wizards with the inspired plays of Desmond Mason. Desmond Mason dropped 11 of his 24 points in the fourth quarter. Michael Redd added 27 points while rookie Andrew Bogut chipped in 16 points and 9 rebounds in a losing effort. -

NASH RIPS BULLS!!!--- I again lost, I played the losing Chicago Bulls...
Walter Mccarty delivered a big performance for the streaking Phoenix Suns. Mccarty dropped a game high 22 points.
MVP Steve Nash and All Star Forward Amare Stoudemire scored 22 points and 14 points respectively for the Phoenix Suns.
The Phoenix Suns lead the game most of the time until Kirk Hinrich of the Chicago Bulls took control of the game in the fourth quarter. Hinrich finished the game with 24 points while dishing out 14 assists. The Bulls were on their way to a victory when Hinrich took a hurried layup with 9.5 seconds left in the fourth quarter. Amare Stoudemire blocked a baseline drive by Hinrich which resulted in a Phoenix Suns fastbreak. Steve Nash had the gamewinner when he was fouled by a surging Luol Deng of the Chicago Bulls. Nash converted all the gift shots which put them ahead 123-121. The Bulls called timeout and setup a play for Hinrich. Kirk Hinrich fired a 28 foot three which bounced of the rim and gave the Suns this victory.
Ben Gordon added 24 points and Tyson Chandler put up 19 markers for the losing Chicago Bulls.Comment

LOS ANGELES, Calif., Aug.19 (Ticker)—The Miami Heat cooled off a red hot Lakers team.
Jason Williams had 30 big points as the Miami Heat beat the hometown team Los Angeles Lakers. Miami pulled out a 130-122 win in this hotly contested game.
With the win, Miami has not lost to the Lakers since acquiring Shaquille O’Neal in the end of the 2004 season.
With the Lakers leading 116-113, Guard Dorrell Wright of the Heat was fouled by All Star Kobe Bryant of the Lakers. Wright had a three point play going for the heat and had the game tied at 116 apiece. The biggest catch however was Kobe Bryant fouling out with 3:35 minutes still left in the game. In the next play, Laker Tony Bobbitt made a last second three pointer as the 24 second clock was about to expire. Bobbitt caught a long pass from Lamar Odom and pulled up a three from the top of the key. This gave the Lakers a three point cushion 119-116. Jason Williams responded with another three pointer for the Miami Heat and this put the game in another deadlock. The Lakers failed to nail a shot in the next possession while Shaq made a baby hook with Chris Mihm of the Lakers defending him. O’Neal again made a big play by swatting a Chris Mihm shot sending the ball flying to Dwyane Wade’s hands. Wade put the nail in the game by hitting a three pointer for the Heat with 1:31 left in the clock. The Heat won the game 124-119.
Kobe Bryant put up 33 points for the Lakers; Lamar Odom added 26 points, 5 assists and 3 blocks. Rookie Laker Andrew Bynum chipped in 12 points and 3 blocks in this tough loss.Comment
