    Vs Clippers

Up until the middle of the 3rd quarter, the Clippers led by around 10 the entire game. The lead went up to 13, but the Knicks then went on a 10-0 run to make it a 3 point game to start the 4th. But the 4th quarter would be all Clippers and LA would go on to win by 22.

    1-2

    Up next- at Grizzlies

              Vs Grizzlies

A close game all the way, but in the end Houston hit some big shots, and Memphis made some stupid fouls, and the Knicks win by 5

              At New Orleans
This one went down to the wire. With 20 seconds left, the Knicks led by one, but Baron Davis would make a layup and the foul to put the Hornets up by 2. The Knicks would bring it up court, and Houston would get an open lane to the hoop but would miss the layup, the Hornets grab the rebound and are fouled. PJ Brown hits the first freethrow but misses the 2nd and Mcdyess grabs the board and uses the Knicks final timeout with 2.1 left. Knicks would have to inbound from there own end, and they throw it long to Sprewell, but Spre bobbles the pass. When he gets control of it he tries the desperation long 3 at the buzzer but to no avail, and the Hornets win.

Record- 2-3 up Next Vs Chicago

An embarrasing performance for the Knicks, a 12 point loss to the lowly Bulls.

                  2-4

                      Vs Kings
Coming off a tough loss to Chicago, things did not look good for the Knicks against a very good Kings team. Early on things didn't go well for New York as the Knicks trailed 21-8 after 1. But in the 2nd quarter the Knicks would come alive and at halftime led by 1. The 3rd quarter went back and forth for both teams, and then late in the 4th the Knicks got a 10 point lead with 2 minutes to go. The Kings would get the deficet down to 6, but no closer than that as the Knicks would have a 69-63 victory.

                      3-4

So was the Sacramento game a fluke, or are the real Knicks stepping up? Early on it looked like the real Knicks, as the Knicks jumped out to a 10 point lead. The lead stayed around 10 for the 1st 3 quarters. But in the 4th the Mavs started coming back. Nowinski caught fire and the Mavs came back to take a 1 point lead. They would make it 3, but then the Knicks would come back, and Sprewell would catch fire, and put the Knicks up by 3. The Mavs would cut the lead to 1, and then foul Mcdyess with 10 seconds to go. Mycdyess would miss both free throws, and the Mavs would take there last timeout. Nowinski would miss a jumper, and Sprewell would grab the board with 5 seconds to . Spre would miss both free throws, and Nash would push it up court, try a 3 from half court for the win.........Rims Out, and the Knicks pull it out!!

And the Knicks inconsistent season continues. Lattrell Sprewell was red hot, but got in to much foule trouble, and a minute into the 4th, had fouled out. Mcdyese bruised his ribs early in the game, and will be out about a month. Houston was ice cold, and with 2 of your 3 best players not playing, and your 3rd not scoring, you rarely win, and the Knicks didn't come close tonight. A 20 point loss
