Quite the news story was made today as at 12:00pm PST the San Jose State University Spartans announced the hiring of Head Coach Nigel Bolden. Quite ordinary of itself, but what mde this a top news story was that at 6:00PM PST the Oakland Raiders also announced the hiring of a head coach that bore quite the resemblance to the new San Jose State head coach. When prompted about this coincidence, the Oakland Coach Bolden would deny taking the San Jose State job. With confusion swirling, both would manage to make a simultaneous appearance on ESPN to quiet the press.

Offensive Talent?

Kind of funny about that recruiting class. I was worried since no one signed till after the 4th week of recruiting. Talk about torture, especially since I hit the right pitch on a bunch of them after the first week. Also, I've got 8 WR all of which are freshman except for a sophmore and FR(RS). The LT and LG will be starting this season and that 2* MLB turned out to be a 75 OVR. I got 3 transfers, Pat Cowan of UCLA, Jeremiah Johnson of Oregon, and a SS from Arizona St. I'll get one year out of the QB and SS while Johnson should be able to play for two years.
