Wildcats Head into 07-08 optomistic for future. Ranked 15th in poll
        11/03
The Kentucky Wildcats are banking on the new system injecting some spark into a stagnate program. New coach Darren Douglas is employing a very up-tempo attack that should make the fans happy and keep recruits coming in like the ones that netted the Wildcats the #1 overall recruiting class of this year. Returning backourt mates Ramel Bradley and Joe Crawford told us they love the new system and the Cats shoulkd be successful from here on out with it. The newcomers love it also K'Len Edwin who headlines the class said" this system is very much attack, attack, and its gonna make us dangerous. Coach Douglas echoes that sentiment"I tell the guys I can let mistakes go as long as they are attacking and they've bought into it I'm ready for the season."

The Kentucky Wildcats coach Darren Douglas knows these are the games the fans and boosters judge you on and in the first test these year he passed with flying colors. "Louisville fought real hard but these kids just kept fighting and fighting and we were able to pull it off." The Cardinals held just one lead early in the first half but kept it close the entire game. They were led by Edgar Sosa who had 17pts and 3ast. The Cats were led by fresman sensation K'Len Edwin who turned in another stellar game with 16pts.
