ID 2003: Lakers vs Magic: Kobe vs T-Mac: NBA Finals

Right now I am in the Finals against the Magic in my Franchise with the Lakers. Just thought I'd post this for fun because Kobe and T-Mac are having a battle in this game. I play 6 minute quarters, on the All-Star difficulty.

In the first game, Kobe had 32 points and Shaq had 31 with 11 boards. T-Mac ended with about 20 as the Lakers DESTROYED the Magic at Staples Center 103-49!

But the next game the Magic came prepared as did the Lakers and there was a showdown with Kobe and T-Mac. Kobe Bryant ended up with 52 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists while T-Mac ended with 55 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists. It went down to the final minute and the Magic pulled through with a victory 114-110 after what was a classic game (one of the best I've played on ID so far).

Game 3 saw the Lakers try to defeat the Magic in the O Arena, but were unable to do so. Shaq had a horrible game scoring only 14 point and 10 boards and missing 2 dunks in the game! Kobe had his worst game of the playoffs with only 18 points, while T-Mac had about 27. Everytime Lakers tried making a comeback, the Magic scored and scored. Finally in thr 4th quarter the Magic took control of the game for good after a baseline jumper by Grant Hill. Magic beat Lakers by 11 points, 87-76.

Game 4 @ Orlando
Coming into game 4, Kobe is averaging 29.4 PPG and T-Mac is averaging 28.6.

Well Game 4 was in Orlando and The Lakers tied the series up at 2 a piece. T-Mac got into early foul trouble therefore allowing Kobe to score 15 in the first quarter. The Lakers were ahead by as many as 18, but in the 3rd quarter the Magic cut the lead to 2 but the more experienced Lakers finished them off in the fourth quarter. Shaq had another off night, but Robert Horry stepped up with 14 points. Shaq did howeer grab about 15 boards. Kobe had a triple-double with about 35 points, 10 boards, and 10 assists.

Game 5 - @ Orlando

Game 5 was an awesome game. Kobe Bryant went on fire with 60 points, 12 assists, 4 steals, 6 boards, and 6 blocks. T-Mac had 44 points and 12 boards. Shaq finally got into the groove of things going 14-18 for 28 points and 12 boards. Lakers 3-2 in the series right now. Game 6 is going to LA where the Lakers try going for their 4th straight championship.

Well, all I can say is...QUAT-ROW! The Lakers defeated the Orlando Magic in 6 to win the Championship. Kobe Bryant was the MVP of the Finals.

Off-Season: I signed Reggie Miller and drafted 2 rookies, but then I traded Reggie Miller and Kareem Rush to Miami for Eddie Jones. I then traded Samaki Walker to Dallas for Nick Van Exel (I'm kinda trying to recreate the team from a few years ago with Nick, Eddie, etc.). By the way, I put in the code "DOIT" so that any trades could happen...anyway...I'll start my new season soon...late. And...if any of you are reading this, what did you think of the Finals?

Wouldn't it be great watching that though in real life? Both of them just attacking one another and both scoring over 50...that would be great.

By the way, in my new season, my record is 2-2, both losses coming against the Clipers...I can't beat those damn Clippers! Next up: New Orleans Hornets.

LOL...seriously. I have no idea how...they beat the Celtics in 7 games in the ECF and wel...then lost to the mighty Lakers...

By the way, for anyone that cares, right now I am in my snd season with a record of 5-3 (the 3 losses to the Clippers twice and the Hawks)...next game is against Memphis...I better win.

LOL...seriously. I have no idea how...they beat the Celtics in 7 games in the ECF and wel...then lost to the mighty Lakers...

By the way, for anyone that cares, right now I am in my snd season with a record of 5-3 (the 3 losses to the Clippers twice and the Hawks)...next game is against Memphis...I better win.
