Michael Bourn's single, the only hit for the Astros, was enough to hand Kyle Lohse his 1st defeat of the season. Bourn singled and stole 2nd, advanced to 3rd on a ground out, and then scored on Lance Berkman's sacrifice fly. Wandy Rodriguez held the Cardinals to just 2 hits in 6 innings of work, and the bullpen was able to keep the Cards from scoring.
