*ATTENTION*
Well here it is, the big kahuna, the cherry on top of that milkshake if you will for me. Either I have lost my mind or I am deeply passionate about sports sim and think I may have a fun and cool idea here. I was sitting around the other night thinking of how just a couple of years ago of how I was playing MLB Showdown, uh-huh I can imagine all of you who are reading this going, o yeah that was fun. Wait what did happen to that game?! Well what I have done is practically taken the same rules as that game and applied them to my own kind of shindig and yes I just said that! However, instead of using die, I use playing cards but everything else is pretty much the same. I also will be keeping some stats and records!
So what would happen if the season started today?
This is my attempt at replaying the 2008 MLB season. What I will be doing is going team by team and using the July 5th rosters. Yes there can be injuries and call-ups will be my decision. Though I was thinking of maybe making this an interactive thing and maybe having the wonderful OS sports crews here chime in on certain things! Well that is it for an introduction, feedback is always welcome and I am excited to see how far this will pan out! Cheers mate!

I know this sounds crazy, but I think this could be fun. Very time consuming but fun! And seeings I have little free time left to be a reckless and wild teenage before heading out into the "real world", I figured why not.
