Sounds like you got a crappy setup but I'm sure you can fix that up. Hope the rest of the season goes well for ya.

            The UAW-DaimlerChrysler 400

here we are in sin city, nascar hasnt been coming here for long...7 years I think...but, considering other tracks, this is a short time.

We start off the weekend in a hole again, 38th fastest on Qualifying Day. We take it in stride, and just try to work on it before the race.
            ========================================
            Race day:

Im not too sure how my #83 EasyCare Chevy is sitting under me, IM not sure if its gonna bust all loose in turn 1..or if its gonna stay under me. Either way, this should be a fun race.

The command to fire engines yells out, and 43 beasts of power roll off of Pitroad.

Green Flag Flies, and were off!!

This is go or no go time for us..The good thing is that the car stayed under us, bad thing is...im in 41st.

On lap 2, I dive down into 1, making it 3 wide, and moving up to 38th spot..."Wow, that was exciting" I say to the crew.

Because of a blow up 1 lap later...a few cars get bottlenecked, and I swing high, to pick up some spots, and move into 33rd.

The car isnt feeling good anymore..I drift up high out of 4, and the #43 car gets underneath me...and turns me sideways!

No caution, so im forced to just suffer.

I ride it out, and on lap 10, i look in my mirror, and I see The leader of the race, Dale Jarret..

            ..well..this sucks

On lap 13, we drag the rock into pit road, this car just istn fast at all, and We dont like it.

We attempt to loosen up the car, on the pit stop, to try to make hte car go faster.

Well, were a lap down, in 42nd after words.

The car is just extremly loose, almost to the point of undrivable.

Were just riding out the storm right now

Final lap, coming off of turn 4...the car just snaps loose on me, I go for a ride, and I end up taking half of the front stretch backwards...

Were just happy to get out of here in 1 peice.

            Start:38th
            Finish:41st.

The Easycare crew rolled into Hotlanta, With a brand new paint scheme, and a new look on the season.

Now, were out to whip as much *** as possible!!.

We start the weekend, Qualifying in 23rd position. NOt bad, best start since Daytona

We know that the Race setup, is better than that though.

                            Race day:
                            ========================================

Im strapped into my machine, waiting for the green flag to fall, we come, it seems inching out of turn 4, starter man waiting...waiting....GREEN FLAG, BOOGITY BOOGITY BOOGITY!!!!

The car, again is a bit slow off of the start, but because of the Ratios we use in the gears, this baby is wound up by the backstretch.

First few laps go by, and this car is STICKING. I pick my way through the feild, at at lap 3. I stand in 18th. Pretty happy

"WOOO, this is pretty f***in cool" I report to the crew, getting some laughs.

At the end of lap 5, i Sit very comfortably in 15th place. Riding out the storm, sort-to-speak.

The laps are a blur, and this engine is just Screaming it seems. Before I dive off into turn 3, I glance down quickly at my Tach. and it reads 8300 RPM's..jesus, this thing is screaming.

Near lap 13. This fun I was having, is turning into fuestration, as the car is pushing, as the front tires wear away. I have to put up with it, untill our pitstop around lap 16.

Well, we pit on lap 16 exactly. Lets see if we can have a GOOD pitstop.

Nope, the rear tire changer bumps into the catchcan man, 20 second pitstop.

Ugh, went in 17th, came out 31st, 1 lap down. and the leader is right on my tail.

Now...im pissed off The car is just too damn loose now, as it gets into the turns, and there isnt much I can do about it.

I somehow make my way up to 29th place. at the 27th lap, out of 32.

At the checkards, we finish 28th. Not a good day, not a bad day for us.

we could of been SO much better in this race, but our own pitcrew cost us.

                            Post race stuff next.

We know that the Race setup, is better than that though.

                              Race day:
                              ========================================
