I just got the game today and am beginning my RTTS shortly. I decided I wanted to first begin writing up my RTTS blog, by introducing my player (me, changed name).
One thing about my blog that makes it different than other RTTS blogs, is that I have decided that, like myself, my player grew up in a fairly small town. When hype started to surround him about being drafted, the town rallied around and followed him since he will be the most high profile athlete to come out of the town (fictionalized in the blog).
This means my entire blog is from the perspective of the player's hometown newspaper, following his career--hence the title, The Hometown Hero.
I think it's a great idea, and I hope others feel the same, so please comment if you're following or have any suggestions. I can't wait to get started!
