      Pre-Season Press Conference

Coach Grimm: "I'd like to thank you all for coming. I am extremely excited to get this job here at UT-Martin and I can't wait to get started. I'll take any questions."

Reporter: "Coach, how does it feel to be the youngest coach in Division I? Are you ready for the challenge?"

Grimm: "I don't think my age matters. All I know is that I am going to do whatever I can to help this team achieve greatness."

Reporter: "Could you tell us a little bit about what you are going to bring to UT-Martin as the head coach?"

Grimm: "My style of play could be described as up-tempo. I love to get out and run. I'd like to have my teams average right around 80 points or more per game. On defense, I am mainly Man-to-Man, but I will throw in an occasional 2-3 Zone if I feel it's necessary. Also, I am going to throw at 2-2-1 Zone Press at my opponent after every basket. I don't care if I am playing McNeese State or North Carolina, I am going to try and press you out of the gym. My teams are going to be high octane and fun to watch."

Reporter: "How do you think your team can do in th OVC this year?"

Grimm: "We can win it. Plain and simple, we have the guys in place to win the OVC this year. Lester Hudson is an absolute stud, and our other guard Marquis Weddle can put up a load of points. Down low, we got big Eric Massey who can control the paint. We are ready to make a serious run this year. I'm sorry, but I don't have much time left. I gotta go get ready for practice!"
