    Miami @ Boston - Game 2

    @

If Boston loses this game, Paul Pierce will hear it from the critics that he doesn't deserve the MVP. Miami can very well win this game, and close out the series at home.

It looked as if Boston was just happy to get into the playoffs. They started out the game losing 14-2. They got back on track, however, but Miami kept rolling. Everyone knew this was going to be a low-scoring game, and at halftime the score was 41-29.

Both teams played great defense in this game, but Miami was hitting some lucky shots. Antoine Walker single-handedly try to get his team in the game, but Boston never got within 6 points. With 2 minutes left, Boston could've won the game, but Paul Pierce was put on the spot and didn't do anything but pass the ball. He was getting booed by his OWN fans. Miami closes out the game 78-72.

    Eddie Jones - 12 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assist
    Travis Best - 22 points
    Brian Grant - 14 points, 11 rebounds
    Alonzo Mourning - 14 points, 10 rebounds
    Caron Butler - 7 rebounds, 3 steals

    Antoine Walker - 30 points, 9 rebounds
    Paul Pierce - 4 points, 2/11 fg's
    Shammond Williams - 7 points, 7 assist
    Tony Battie - 14 points, 14 rebounds

          @ -Game 3

Toronto looked as if they would be the first team to sweep a team in this years playoffs. They had a 2 games to none lead going into this afternoon's game.

Atlanta came into this game looking like they wanted to win this one more than Toronto, and they used their crowd as their 6th man on the court. They took early control of the game, going into the half winning 51-45.

Vince Carter didn't shoot well at all this game, but he still got his points (21 points). He also crashed the boards and pulled 14 rebounds.

Atlanta held off a Toronto run near the end of the game, and they stay alive, 95-87.

          Jason Terry - 8 points, 11 assist
          Shareef Abdur-Rahim - 25 points, 14 rebounds, 4 blocks
          Glenn Robinson - 31 points

          Vince Carter - 21 points, 14 rebounds
          Moochie Norris - 21 points, 8 assist

Tough luck there, keep it up and hopefully you'll make it to the finals.
