WSB: The Adventures of Jorge Julio

i started a wsb franchise.. im converting jorge julio into my 4th starter from his previous role as closer.. im only gonna play julio's starts. never done one of these before.. so wish me luck.. im doing it so maybe i have a reason to finish a franchise

anyways.. i allowed myself 3 trades.. didnt want to completely overhaul the roster.. altho i tink 3 trades was too much.. should have done 1 or 2

-adam everett-i wanna be successful with julio.. first place i need D is at SS.. everett is all D
-brad lidge (new closer) from what i understand in RL lidge is having a pretty good year.. but his basic attributes havent been altered.. so its a pretty fair trade i think

-willis roberts
-jose leon
to orioles
-milton bradley-yet again.. defense.. strong up the middle with everett at short and bradley in center.. these are basic ratings.. so his RL success this year doesnt effect his attributes
-josh bard-he was their 3rd best catcher.. and the 2nd youngest.. strong defensively.. trying to be strong up the middle defensively...
this trade was a little bit unfair.. advantage me.. but i couldnt help it.. bradly and bard were perfect for what i watned

my g-pa always loved ryne sandberg.. so i felt it my duty to get his... cousin? nephew? i dont know.. something like that.. anyways i needed a corner infieder/DH.. so decided to go for him.. wish i had chosen someone else.. or just not traded mora at all now.. but whats done is done.

played 2 games.. tonight/this morning...

anyways

here is how it goes

red sox - 4-15-0
orioles - 0-9-1

couldnt get any clutch hits! i had 9.. but they were all 1 or 2 out singles with no one on.. not fun.. julio only gave up 2 er thru 6 and 1/3.. happy with his progress.. at the end of the night he was
julio 0-1 2.84 ERA 5k's

start 2
orioles - 4-13-0
devil rays- 1-9-0

good game! i finally got some hits!.. julio pitched great.. went 7innings only giving up the one run in the second.. got to test my pen a bit.. and it was fun.. im happy with the young kids i signed.. they did pretty well.. but then again it was the d-rays

julio finished the evening
1-1 2.03 ERA 10k's



ps.. if you got any tips on what to do to make this more interesting.. TELL ME! cuz i have no friggin clue hwat to put up here.. which makes me think.. why did i do this? lol

Looking pretty good so far. I only have a couple of suggestions.. Give us more of a description about the game, and maybe include some key player stats..
