While having possibly the youngest bullpen in baseball, they might just have the best, as well.

Obviously the strength of this team, the bullpen has been developed by hard work and scouting in the draft. If the team could just have the same success with the rest of the team, we might have ourselves a contender.

As they stand now, the Dodgers are a mix of young talent and old, used-to-be talent. While there are still some good players held over (Helloooooo Shawn Green--reigning MVP), there's too much old money on the team (Starting Rotation).

I believe this team is a couple of years away. But a few moves here and there could speed that process up, considerably.

            What's wrong with the Padres?

            Alot.

When you look at the roster, you'd never think the team was over-budget. Well, it is, and quite considerably.

And to make things worse, the draft hasn't been particularly kind to the Padres, either.

They have made bad decision after bad decision.

It's going to take a lot to turn this franchise around. Hopefully, they will be able to do it through player development, because they don't have much 'wiggle' room.

But, I believe the changes must start from the top.
