    What the title says. Don't trade for a player with an ovr above XX or something

    I think you just have to be realistic. I try to only trade during the offseason when someone is on the block or before the deadline. Generally you dont hear that many trades for superstars, either role players or specialists.

      -Do not trade starting players for picks unless you already have a backup that is at least 5 overall within you. also, when trading player 4 player, CPU needs to receive player with at least 5 overall more then the player you are trading....stuff like that. stuff like this.

        Don't trade players to teams who dont need them, dont trade with divison rivals. Typically just use common since because the CPU does not.
