How do I add pictures from another web site?

I been trying to add pictures from another web site to my dynasty, and whenever I put in [u r l] the link of the picture [/u rl] (obv w/o the spaces in between) it just shows up as a blank little box, maybe I am just not doing something right but any chance someone could help me out.

You have to click the "Insert Image" button and then put the URL inside the box that pops up. URL is a direct link to the image and doesn't code it for the forum. IMG is what you want to use.
