1st Quarter: Packers go 3 n out, As the vikings are driving (7 plays 35 yards), Maddox connects from 2 yards out to desmond clark 7-0 vikings. Following the kickoff a masterful 12 play 76 yard drive is capped off by a 7 yard td pass from leftwich to bruce (7-7).

2nd Quarter: A fleeting drive givs way to a viking put.. Packers start on own 15. Small drive nothing huge, pack punt to the vikes and they srart off on their own 17. a 2 play 82 yard drive is capped off with an 81 yard strike from maddox to driver 14-7 vikings. kenny mixon with an int??? after deflecting off rudds hands it goes to mixon and he rumbles 20 yards to the packs 11. first play right to the end zone 11 yards maddox to shockey (21-7). the pack TO's get worse, richie anderson fumbles a swing pass recovered by mccrary for the vikes. a 20 yard drive gives the vikings 3 more (24-7). Mike Brown gets in on the to frenzy with a 78 yard int return for a td (31-7). a quiet 2 min drive gives the pack 3 pts (31-10).
