I've decided to start over, this time with sliders via Arena/Wally. I've made a few less trades, this time I'm not as close to my old roster, but this way I won't be taking advantage of having too many rookies etc.
This post, if possible, will be edited with up to date player and team averages, my record, and any players that are doing specifically well in certain areas of the league. The setup I will be using is as follows.
82 Game Season
Everything else set up to default (Pre-season on, etc)
8 minute quarters
11 minute simulations (Appears to be most accurate)
I have simulated the first 3 games of my own season, to catch up to my old one. The easiest way I might get frustrated is having to continuously play the same games. Interstingly enough, I won all 3 games in simulation. The games were 2 at home wins against the Spurs and Kings, and an away game in Houston.
Here goes.

I play a very much team oriented style basketball. I like to play a lot of 2-man basketball with Sabonis and Jon Barry when the opportunity permits, they both pass well and Barry is my go-to guy for 3pt shots.
My number one priority is that my players rebound, and number two play defense. The fast break points will come since I have a deep bench and noone plays to exhaustion, however on bad shooting nights I NEED rebounds. Luckily this has never been a problem, and with Hilario and Camby in there I often find my offensive boards nearing my defensive boards in number!

I'm very happy that I can do that ^^^^^. As of right now I'm just going to do the starters, but for games I'll have complete box scores. Perhaps at some points I'll decide that this isn't time consuming enough, and add the rest of the team!

My prediction? Sadly I'd love to predict something other than 82-0, but with a coaching staff as incredible as the one we have now...
